We continued our Kriya Yoga practice, designed to activate Kundalini energy and elevate consciousness. We began with Kundalini Breathing to calm the mind, followed by chanting the LAM Mantra to awaken the Mooladhara Chakra and OM chants to activate the Ajna Chakra. Our journey progressed through Shat-Chakra Yoga/Kriya Yoga, an extension of Ajapa Yoga, emphasizing Dharana (focused awareness). We extended Dharana to Sahasra Chakra, which channelizes Kundalini Energy from bottom to top. Ajapa Yoga teaches mindful detachment and non-judgmental presence—anchoring awareness in each breath, especially at the nostrils.
