#🥗फूड प्रेजेंटेशन *Aloo Cheese Paratha (Easy & Cheesy)* A perfect breakfast or lunch recipe that combines the goodness of aloo paratha with cheesy deliciousness. Crispy outside and soft, cheesy inside—loved by kids and adults alike. 🛒 *Ingredients* *For Dough* ➡️ Wheat flour – 1 cup ➡️ Salt – a pinch ➡️ Water – as required *For Stuffing* ➡️ Boiled potatoes (mashed) – 2 medium ➡️ Grated cheese – ½ cup ➡️ Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1 (optional) ➡️ Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp (optional) ➡️ Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp ➡️ Salt – to taste ➡️ Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp ➡️ Garam masala – ¼ tsp *For Cooking* ➡️ Butter or ghee – as required 👩‍🍳 *Method* *Step 1:* In a bowl, add wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. *Step 2:* In another bowl, mix mashed potatoes, grated cheese, green chilli, onion, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala well. *Step 3:* Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll one ball slightly, place stuffing in the center, and seal the edges properly. *Step 4:* Gently roll the stuffed dough into a round paratha using light pressure. *Step 5:* Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it. Cook on medium flame until bubbles appear. Flip and apply butter or ghee. *Step 6:* Cook both sides until golden brown and crispy. 🍽️ *Serving Suggestion* Serve hot with curd, butter, pickle, or green chutney.
