#🥗फूड प्रेजेंटेशन *Masala Dosa – Crispy South Indian Breakfast*
📝 *Ingredients*
*For Dosa Batter*
🔵 Rice – 2 cups
🔵 Urad dal – ½ cup
🔵 Poha – 2 tbsp
🔵 Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp
🔵 Salt – as needed
*For Masala*
🔵 Boiled potatoes – 3 (crumbled)
🔵 Onion – 1 (sliced)
🔵 Green chillies – 2
🔵 Ginger – 1 tsp
🔵 Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
🔵 Curry leaves – 7–8
🔵 Turmeric – ½ tsp
🔵 Oil – 2 tbsp
🔵 Salt – as required
👩🍳 *Steps*
*Step 1 – Make Batter*
1. Soak rice, urad dal, poha, and fenugreek seeds for 4–5 hours.
2. Grind to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.
3. Add salt and mix well.
*Step 2 – Make Potato Masala*
1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
2. Add chillies, ginger, and onions; sauté till soft.
3. Add turmeric and potatoes; mix and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add salt and set aside.
*Step 3 – Cook Crispy Dosa*
1. Heat tawa and grease lightly.
2. Pour a ladle of batter and spread thin.
3. Drizzle a little oil; cook till golden and crisp.
4. Place potato masala in the center and fold.
*Step 4 – Serve*
Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
