🍱 *Tiffin Special: Aloo Capsicum Stir Fry* 🛒 *Ingredients* ➡️ Potato – 2 medium (thinly sliced) ➡️ Capsicum – 1 large (sliced) ➡️ Oil – 1½ tbsp ➡️ Cumin seeds – ½ tsp ➡️ Turmeric powder – ½ tsp ➡️ Red chilli powder – ½ tsp ➡️ Coriander powder – 1 tsp ➡️ Garam masala – ¼ tsp ➡️ Salt – as per taste 👩‍🍳 *Method* Step 1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Step 2️⃣ Add sliced potatoes, mix well, cover and cook on low flame till almost done. Step 3️⃣ Add capsicum, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Step 4️⃣ Cook uncovered for 4–5 minutes till vegetables turn soft and lightly crisp.
