Today Revelation Meditation : 31/03/2026 The book of Revelation Explanation Post -220 XlX 1.7) “After the three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them.” (Revelation 11:11) Dear beloved people of the Lord, During the 3½ years of great tribulation after the rise of the antichrist, the bodies of the two witnesses who ministered will lie in the street for exactly 3½ days without burial. The sinful people of the world, who follow the antichrist, will be watching this. Suddenly, the breath of life from God will enter into those dead bodies, and they will stand up on their feet. All those around the world who were watching them with joy through television will be filled with great fear and terror when they see them standing alive again. In the Bible, we know that Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day, as it is written: “Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father…” (Romans 6:4) We also know that Lazarus was called out of the tomb on the fourth day. It is written: “The Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” (Genesis 2:7) From this, we understand that man became a living soul because of the breath of God. The term “breath of life” refers to the Holy Spirit. As it is written: “The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” (2 Corinthians 3:6) “And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he… will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” (Romans 8:11) These verses teach us that the Holy Spirit, who is part of the Trinity, has the power to give life to both the soul and the body. The Holy Spirit also had a role in raising Jesus Christ from the dead. Therefore, the same Spirit will give life to our mortal bodies. In the book of Ezekiel chapter 37, when the dry bones were made alive, God said: “I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life.” (Ezekiel 37:5) “So I prophesied as I was commanded… breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.” (Ezekiel 37:10) “I will put my Spirit in you and you will live.” (Ezekiel 37:14) All these scriptures clearly show that the Spirit of God has the power to give life even to dead bodies. So, when those dead bodies stand up after 3½ days, it is not surprising that people are filled with fear and terror. The worst thing wicked people can do to a person is to kill him. But if the one who was killed rises and stands alive again, imagine what will happen! Their celebration, joy, and exchanging of gifts will immediately stop.
