Malpuri Recipe:-
For batter
Maida 1 cup
Ravai 1/2 cup
Sugar 3-4 tbsp
Cardamom 1
Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
Thick milk 1/2 cup
Add Water and blend it.
✅Batter -
For malpua, the batter should be of pouring consistency but not too runny, somewhere between thick and thin.
✅If it’s too thick, the malpua will turn dense and won’t spread nicely in the pan.
✅If it’s too thin, it will absorb too much oil and break apart.

Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar 4 tbsp
Saffron
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Cardamom 1
✅Sugar syrup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Cardamom 1
