Odisha Vigilance arrested ASI Rajesh Kulu and a Home Guard driver from Mancheswar Police Station in Bhubaneswar for accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000. They demanded the money to return a seized mobile phone. Previously, the ASI had allegedly taken Rs 30,000 to return one phone.
