The BCCI has asked star cricketers Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya to undergo a fitness test before the upcoming 3-match ODI series against Afghanistan. Both players need to obtain fitness clearance from the COE to be eligible for the playing XI. Hardik will undergo a week-long assessment starting June 2nd, including fitness drills and physical assessments. This decision follows injury concerns during the IPL.
