🥣✨ SHEER KURMA RECIPE | RICH & DELICIOUS DESSERT ✨🥣
Make this traditional festive sweet at home in an easy way 💛
🛒 Ingredients:
• Vermicelli (semiya) – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 litre
• Dates (chopped) – 8–10
• Sugar – 3–4 tbsp
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Cashews, almonds, pistachios – 2 tbsp each
• Raisins – 1 tbsp
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
• Saffron strands – few (optional)
👩🍳 Process:
🔥 Step 1: Fry Dry Fruits
Heat ghee, fry cashews, almonds, pista & raisins until golden. Keep aside.
🍜 Step 2: Roast Vermicelli
In the same pan, roast vermicelli until light golden & aromatic.
🥛 Step 3: Boil Milk
Bring milk to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes for rich taste.
🌰 Step 4: Add Dates & Vermicelli
Add chopped dates and roasted vermicelli into milk. Cook for 5–7 mins.
🍬 Step 5: Sweeten & Flavor
Add sugar, cardamom powder & saffron. Mix well.
🥄 Step 6: Final Touch
Add fried dry fruits and mix. Cook for 2 more minutes.
