Residents of Bagagahana village in Kendrapara's Mahakalapada block have complained against the construction of a community cultural center on disputed private land. The project, under the 'Vikasita Gaon Vikasita Odisha' scheme, is reportedly being built on a 3.48-acre plot that has been under litigation in civil court since 2014. Despite the pending case, the local panchayat has installed a signboard and started excavation for pillars.
