In a tragic incident in Keonjhar district, an 11-year-old girl named Hiramani Nayak died after allegedly consuming expired medicine provided by the Singpur ANM Centre. The girl and her 13-year-old brother fell seriously ill after taking two doses of the medicine for fever. They were shifted to Keonjhar hospital, where the girl passed away on Monday morning.
