The Excise Department seized 33 kg of ganja and a car at Bargaon Chhak in Bolangir district. Three individuals, including two primary school teachers from Karlamunda block of Kalahandi, were arrested in connection with the smuggling. One of the accused teachers was already under CBI investigation for a fake certificate scam.
