A 21-year-old youth named Dipu Raut was seriously injured after his motorcycle rammed into a bamboo-laden tractor parked on the Baisinga-Rupsa road in Mayurbhanj district. The tractor had run out of fuel and was left in the dark by the driver. The victim sustained severe head and face injuries and was shifted to Baleswar Hospital for advanced treatment.
