A political social media war has erupted between BJP and BJD in Attabira ahead of the panchayat elections. BJP workers have filed a police complaint alleging that miscreants are spreading fake photos and misinformation against MLA Nihar Ranjan Mahananda. Led by block president G. Satish Choudhury, the youth wing of BJP demanded strict action against those trying to defame the MLA. The complaint suggests that opposition groups are resorting to such tactics as they cannot digest the ongoing developmental work in the constituency.
