Berhampur police have arrested four individuals in connection with the violent incident on Giri Road. Following an encounter of the prime accused Mukesh Sahu, his brother Ashish Sahu surrendered at the Town Police Station fearing similar action. Two other accused, Raj Malhotra and Lingaraj Sahu, have been forwarded to court.
