Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and veteran BJP leader Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri passed away at the age of 91 after a prolonged illness. A retired Major General of the Indian Army, popularly known as 'General Sahib', he served twice as the CM of Uttarakhand and was a Union Minister in Atal Bihari Vajpayee's cabinet.
