A candidate named Avinash Rout was caught cheating in the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) preliminary exam in Cuttack using a 'Munna Bhai MBBS' style method. He hid a smartphone in his innerwear and earbuds in his long hair to receive answers via phone call. Following a squad inspection, the candidate and three accomplices, including a coaching center associate, were arrested by Markatnagar police.
