A 55-year-old man named Bibhishan Ho was murdered while sleeping on a veranda in Paitapani village, Keonjhar. Due to the lack of proper roads, his body had to be carried on a cot for 2 km before being transported by ambulance for post-mortem. The victim was previously convicted in a 2020 murder case and was out on bail.
