Naugaon police in Jagatsinghpur district arrested four individuals from West Bengal who posed as hawkers by day and smuggled cannabis by night. During a vehicle check at Debidola bridge, police seized over 22 kg of ganja and two mopeds. The accused, identified as residents of Medinipur, were caught while trying to flee.
