Psalm 24:7 “Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.” This verse calls believers to prepare their hearts as a dwelling place for God’s presence. Often, our “gates” are weighed down by fear, sin, or discouragement. Yet God invites us to lift them; to open every area of life to His rule. When we make room, the King of glory enters with peace, strength, and transformation. It is like a house long kept closed; dark, dusty, and lifeless. The moment the doors are opened, light floods in and fresh air restores it.
