A robbery took place at a Punjab National Bank (PNB) branch in Unchi Bassi, Dasuya, Hoshiarpur. A thief entered the bank by cutting a window grill around 11:41 PM on Monday. Although the thief ransacked the premises for over an hour, he failed to break into the safe locker. He eventually fled with a tablet. The incident was discovered on Tuesday morning by locals.
