The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared Ebola a global health emergency due to its rapid spread in Africa. In response, Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport has issued strict guidelines and increased screening for passengers coming from affected regions like South Sudan and Uganda. Although no cases have been reported in India, thermal screening and awareness measures are being strictly followed to prevent any potential outbreak. Passengers are advised to report symptoms like fever and weakness within 21 days of travel.
