1 John 3:1 “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!” The Father's love is not merely spoken, it transforms lives and gives us a new identity as His children through Christ. This love reaches the broken, the rejected, and the guilty with grace instead of condemnation. We see this beautifully when Jesus met the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4). She had lived with five husbands and was now living with a man who was not her husband, leaving her burdened with shame and social rejection. Yet Jesus offered her living water and restored her dignity. Her transformed life became a testimony that led many in the Samaritan village to believe in Him. One encounter with divine love changed an outcast into a witness and brought an entire community to Christ. The same love now calls us God's children, inviting us to live with gratitude, holiness, and confidence in our heavenly Father's unfailing care.
