Suspended IAS officer Dhiman Chakma, who was arrested by the Vigilance department for taking a bribe of 10 lakh rupees, has rejoined duty after being released from jail. He has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Revenue Department. Previously, while serving as the Sub-Collector of Dharmagarh in Kalahandi district, he was caught red-handed and cash worth over 47 lakh rupees was seized from his residence.
