Three people died and one was critically injured in Naranpur, Keonjhar, when a tent structure collapsed due to heavy rain and wind during a Kalabaisakhi storm. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed deep grief and announced an ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh each for the families of the deceased from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF).
