The burnt body of a female teacher, Reenaben Baldevbhai Zala, was found near the Narmada canal in Dholka, Ahmedabad. She had gone missing while on government census duty. Investigation revealed that her husband murdered her due to suspicion of an extramarital affair and attempted to burn the body to destroy evidence.
