उधमपुर के पूर्व सैनिक मोहम्मद असलम भट बने किसानों के लिए प्रेरणा का जरिया जम्मू-कश्मीर के उधमपुर जिले के बैन गाँव में इस बार टमाटर की बंपर पैदावार हुई है। खेतों में लाल-लाल टमाटर की भरमार ने किसानों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान ला दी है और गाँव में उत्सव का माहौल है। इस सफलता का श्रेय भारतीय सेना के सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक मोहम्मद असलम भट को जाता है। 2005 में सेना से रिटायर होने के बाद उन्होंने खेती को अपनाया और आधुनिक तकनीकों का उपयोग शुरू किया। सरकारी योजनाओं से मिले सब्सिडी बीज, ड्रिप सिंचाई और उपकरणों ने उनकी पैदावार को कई गुना बढ़ा दिया। #🪔शुभ शनिवार🙏

जम्मू के अखनूर में BSF द्वारा निःशुल्क पशु चिकित्सा शिविर आयोजित हाल ही में आई बाढ़ से प्रभावित सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सीमा सुरक्षा बल द्वारा बाढ़ राहत कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत एक निःशुल्क पशु चिकित्सा शिविर आयोजित किया गया। शिविर का उद्देश्य बाढ़ में घायल या बीमार पशुओं को उचित चिकित्सा, शल्य उपचार और दवाइयाँ उपलब्ध कराना था। इसमें BSF के डॉक्टरों के साथ अखनूर के सरकारी अस्पताल के पशु चिकित्सकों ने भी सेवाएँ दीं। स्थानीय लोगों ने BSF की इस मानवीय पहल की सराहना की और बाढ़ के दौरान लोगों को बचाने व निरंतर सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए कमांडेंट समेत पूरी बटालियन का आभार व्यक्त किया। संकट की इस घड़ी में BSF की तत्परता और सेवा भावना को लेकर लोगों ने उन्हें धन्यवाद व बधाई दी। #🌸शुभ शुक्रवार🙏

Flood-Hit Families in PoGB Battle Cold As winter sets in Pakistan-occupied Gilgit-Baltistan, families displaced by the August floods in Talidas in Ghizer district, remain stranded in makeshift tents. The floods submerged homes and farmland, devastating 225 households and damaging 565 more.
