🥟 *Veg Momos – Steamed Himalayan Delight* ✨ Soft dumplings filled with a flavorful mix of veggies, served hot with spicy chutney. A healthy and tasty snack loved by all! 📝 *Ingredients* *For Dough* 👉 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (maida) 👉 ½ tsp Salt 👉 Water (as needed) *For Filling* 👉 1 cup Cabbage (finely shredded) 👉 ½ cup Carrot (grated) 👉 ½ cup Onion (finely chopped) 👉 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped) 👉 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 👉 1 tsp Soy Sauce 👉 ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder 👉 1 tbsp Oil 👉 Salt (as per taste) *For Chutney* 👉 4-5 Dry Red Chilies 👉 2 Tomatoes (boiled) 👉 4 Garlic Cloves 👉 ½ tsp Vinegar 👉 Salt (to taste) 👩‍🍳 *Method* 1. *Prepare Dough* – In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes. 2. *Make Filling –* Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Add cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool. 3. *Shape Momos –* Roll small dough balls into thin circles. Place 1 spoon of filling in the center, fold and pleat to seal edges. 4. *Steam Momos –* Grease a steamer plate, place momos, and steam for 10–12 minutes until translucent. 5. *Make Chutney –* Grind boiled tomatoes, garlic, red chilies, vinegar, and salt into a smooth paste. #foodrecipe #cooking 6. *Serve Hot –* Enjoy steaming momos with spicy chutney! 🥢
