From space, Earth looks peaceful.
But on the ground, humans are busy destroying the only home they have.
Animals kill only when they are hungry.
Humans kill for power, pride, profit, and ideology.
A lion does not start wars.
An elephant does not drop bombs.
A zebra does not divide the world by religion, race, or borders.
Yet the species that calls itself the most intelligent
is the only one capable of destroying the entire planet.
We build weapons powerful enough to end millions of livesโฆ
while millions still struggle just to eat.
Sometimes it feels like the animals understand life better than we do.
Buddha taught that the root of suffering is ignorance, greed, and hatred.
And when those three guide humanity, compassion disappears.
The real evolution of our species will not come from technology,
but from awakening wisdom and compassion.
Because intelligence without compassion is just a more efficient way to destroy.
The question is not whether humans are intelligent.
The real question is:
Are we wise enough to stop destroying our own world?
