🧑🦳 Proposal: Orphanage & Senior Citizen Lifetime Care Home in Chennai – A humble appeal from Devarajan N.R. (NRD) — leading the Brahmin (GC) Political Party since 2017, with 10,000+ volunteers across India, which contested 5 MP seats from Tamil Nadu in the 2024 elections and Sai Sudha Deva Trust (SSDT), which has supported 150+ students and impacted 1000+ lives 🏡
With growing requests from abandoned children and senior citizens seeking safe, respectful, and lifelong care, "Sai Sudha Deva Trust (SSDT)" proposes to establish a combined Orphanage & Paid Lifetime Senior Citizen Care Home in Chennai.
This initiative aims to create a compassionate ecosystem where orphans receive love, education, and a future, while elderly individuals find dignity, care, and belonging in their later years.
📍 Project Vision:
To build a fully equipped residential campus that provides:
• Safe shelter and education for orphaned children
• Paid lifetime accommodation for senior citizens
• Medical care, nutritious food & emotional support
• A family-like environment promoting mutual care between generations
• Skill development, value education & community service
💰 Total Project Budget: ₹3.5 Crore (INR 350 Lakhs)
Estimated Allocation:
• Land (Lease/Advance or Purchase): ₹1.5 Cr
• Building Construction (20,000–25,000 sq ft): ₹1.5 Cr
• Furnishing, Beds, Kitchen, Medical Setup: ₹30 Lakhs
• Initial Operational Reserve (1 year): ₹20 Lakhs
