Tandoori Paneer Sandwich 🥪
Ingredients:
• Bread slices
• Paneer (diced)
• Capsicum (chopped)
• Onion (chopped)
• Schezwan sauce
• Tandoori mayonnaise
• Chilli flakes
• Oregano
• Salt & pepper
• Cheese slices
• Butter
Method:
1. Chop capsicum and onions into small pieces
2. Add diced paneer
3. Mix in schezwan sauce + tandoori mayo
4. Add chilli flakes, oregano, salt & pepper
5. Mix everything well
6. Add cheese slice on bread
7. Spread mixture on top
8. Cover with another slice + apply butter
9. Cook till golden brown & crispy
