Cybercriminals are using a new tactic called the Boss Scam. A malicious .zip file can compromise your WhatsApp, after which fraudsters impersonate your boss or senior officials and send urgent payment requests to finance teams and employees. Stay protected: • Never download .zip, .exe or .dll files received from unknown or unexpected sources • Never transfer money based only on a WhatsApp message.
