Here’s a Jalebi with Rabri Recipe (Viral Facebook Style) in English + Hindi 👇 --- 🍮 Jalebi Dipped in Rabri Recipe (जलेबी विद रबड़ी रेसिपी – वायरल स्टाइल) --- 📝 Ingredients (सामग्री) For Jalebi (जलेबी): 1 cup maida (मैदा) 2 tbsp cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर) 1 tsp curd (दही) ½ tsp baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) ½ cup water (पानी – बैटर बनाने के लिए) Oil/ghee for frying (तलने के लिए तेल/घी) For Sugar Syrup (चाशनी): 1 cup sugar (चीनी) ½ cup water (पानी) 2-3 saffron strands (केसर) ½ tsp cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) For Rabri (रबड़ी): 1 litre full cream milk (फुल क्रीम दूध) 3 tbsp sugar (चीनी) 8-10 chopped pistachios & almonds (कटे पिस्ता-बादाम) ½ tsp cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) Few saffron strands (केसर) --- 👩‍🍳 Method (विधि) Step 1: Make Jalebi Batter (जलेबी बैटर) 1. Mix maida, cornflour, curd & water into smooth batter. 2. Add a pinch of baking soda. 3. Rest for 6-8 hours (for fermentation). Step 2: Prepare Sugar Syrup (चाशनी बनाएँ) 1. Boil sugar & water until 1-string consistency. 2. Add saffron & cardamom. Step 3: Fry Jalebi (जलेबी तलें) 1. Heat ghee/oil in a flat kadhai. 2. Pour batter in piping bag / squeeze bottle & make spiral shapes. 3. Fry till golden & crisp. 4. Immediately dip in warm sugar syrup for 30 sec. Step 4: Make Rabri (रबड़ी बनाएँ) 1. Boil milk in a heavy pan, stir continuously on low flame. 2. Keep scraping sides for malai. 3. Reduce to ¼ quantity. 4. Add sugar, saffron, cardamom, dry fruits. 5. Chill or serve warm. Step 5: Serve Viral Style (वायरल स्टाइल में परोसें) 1. Take a hot jalebi. 2. Dip it halfway into creamy rabri. 3. Let rabri drip dramatically (perfect for reels). 4.
