Madiha’s Ru Posh Showcases Kashmiri Lavender   Madiha Talat, a Srinagar-born entrepreneur, is the founder of Ru Posh, an organic skincare brand that uses Kashmiri lavender and locally sourced herbs. After completing her education at ISBF (University of London affiliate) in Delhi and a diploma from NIT Srinagar, she returned to Kashmir to pursue her dream of starting a lavender-based skincare venture.
