If your builder has missed the possession date mentioned in the Sale Agreement, you have TWO rights under Section 18 of the RERA Act:
1️⃣ Withdraw from the Project: Ask for a full refund with interest.
2️⃣ Stay in the Project: Demand Interest for Every Month of Delay till the actual possession is handed over.
The rate of interest is usually SBI MCLR + 2%.
