Ingredients
• Chicken thighs or whole chicken pieces (~500 g)
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 4–6 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 1 cup mushrooms (shiitake ideal)

• Black pepper
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt to taste
Instructions
