Day 13 – Kundalini Awakening Journey 🔥
In today’s session, we learnt a powerful Hatha Yogic technique to improve eyesight and reduce power.
We continued our Mantra Yoga & Kriya Yoga practice, designed to activate Kundalini energy and elevate consciousness.
We began with Nadi-Shodhana Pranayama to calm the mind, followed by chanting the LAM Mantra to awaken the Mooladhara Chakra, VAM Mantra to activate Swadhishtana chakra and All 7 Chakra Mantra chants to activate the All Chakras. Our journey progressed through Shat-Chakra Yoga/Kriya Yoga, an extension of Ajapa Yoga, emphasizing Dharana (focused awareness). We extended Dharana to Mooladhara Chakra then to Sahasra Chakra, which channelizes Kundalini Energy from bottom to top.
Ajapa Yoga teaches mindful detachment and non-judgmental presence—anchoring awareness in each breath, especially at the nostrils. We also initiated a deeper focus on expanding our energy-holding capacity through the integration of Tantra and Mantra Yoga.
