भारतीय कानून ** - 84.2 The said Principal*Chief Security Commissioner or; as the case may be, the said appointing authority may, on receipt of such recommendations and after giving the member of the Force an opportunityto explain his case; pass such order as he or it may deem fit: Provided that whenever thel Security Principal*Chief Commissioner or the Central Government; as the case may be, is of opinion that it will not be in the interest of the security of the State to give an opportunity to the member of the Force to explain his case he or it may pass orders as aforesaid without giving such an opportunity. 84.2 The said Principal*Chief Security Commissioner or; as the case may be, the said appointing authority may, on receipt of such recommendations and after giving the member of the Force an opportunityto explain his case; pass such order as he or it may deem fit: Provided that whenever thel Security Principal*Chief Commissioner or the Central Government; as the case may be, is of opinion that it will not be in the interest of the security of the State to give an opportunity to the member of the Force to explain his case he or it may pass orders as aforesaid without giving such an opportunity. - ShareChat
