Krishnagiri, Feb. 26: In Krishnagiri district, a total of 22,648 students (10,846 girls and 11,802 boys) will appear for the upcoming Class 12 public examinations to be held in March. The exams will be conducted at 88 centres — 51 in Krishnagiri education district and 37 in Hosur education district. A district-level examination committee meeting was held at the Krishnagiri Collectorate under the chairmanship of Collector Dinesh Kumar. It was stated that 88 chief superintendents and 95 departmental officers have been appointed for exam duties. Flying squads will monitor the examinations. Two centres have been set up for answer sheet valuation and secure storage facilities have also been arranged. Officials have been instructed to ensure uninterrupted electricity, drinking water, and toilet facilities at all exam centres. The Collector assured that all necessary safety arrangements have been made and advised students to write their exams confidently without fear. Senior education officials attended the meeting. #ஓசூர்
