#நினைவு தினம் Vijayakanth (1952–2023) was a popular Tamil film actor and politician. He acted in over 150 films and was known as “Captain” for his patriotic roles. He founded the political party DMDK and served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly (2011–2016).
