
Dr Pawan Mandaviya on Instagram: "Ingredients: Drumsticks - 3 Bay leaf - 1 (optional) Fresh dhaniya or pudhina - a few leaves Salt - to taste Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp Sonth (dry ginger) powder - ¼ tsp Green chilli (for elders)- 1, finely chopped Lemon juice as per your taste. For Tempering: Ghee - 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds) - / tsp Hing (asafoetida) - a pinch Instructions: 1.Wash and cut the drumsticks into big pieces. Boil them with some water and a bay leaf until they become soft. 2.Scoop out the soft pulp using a spoon. 3.Blend the pulp with a few coriander or mint leaves into a smooth paste. Add a little water if needed for grinding. 4.Pour the paste into a saucepan. Add enough water to achieve your desired soup consistency. 5.Add salt, pepper, sonth powder, and chopped green chilli (if using). Simmer for 3-4 minutes. 6.In a small pan, heat ghee. Add jeera and let it splutter. Add a pinch of hing. 7. Pour the tempering over the soup. Add a few drops of lemon. Stir well and serve hot. #jainandsatvicaahaat #drumsticksoup #healthy #insta"
