Zaid went on until he came to her and she was fermenting her flour. He (Zaid) said: As I saw her I felt in my heart an idea of her greatness so much so that I could not see towards her (simply for the fact) that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had made a mention of her. So I turned my back towards her. and I turned upon my heels, and said: Zainab, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) has sent (me) with a message to you. She said: I do not do anything until I solicit the will of my Lord. So she stood at her place of worship and the (verse of) the Qur'an (pertaining to her marriage) were revealed, and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to her without permission. He (the narrator) said: I saw that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) served us bread and meat until it was broad day light and the people went away, but some persons who were busy in con- versation stayed on in the house after the meal. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) also went out and I also followed him, and he began to visit the apartments of his wives greeting them (with the words): As-Salamu 'alaikum, and they would say: Allah's Messenger, how did you find your family (hadrat Zainab)? He (the narrator) stated: I do not know whether I had informed him that the people had gone out or he (the Holy Prophet) informed me (about that). He moved on until he entered the apartment, and I also went and wanted to enter (the apartment) along with him, but he threw a curtain between me and him, as (the verfes pertaining to seclusion) had been revealed, and people were instructed in what they had been instructed. Ibn Rafii had made this addition in his narration:" O you who believe, enter not the houses of the Prophet unless permission is given to you for a meal, not waiting for its cooking being finished..." to the words"... She (i. e. the daughter of Suhail came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said: Salim has attained (purbety) as men attain, and he understands what they understand, and he enters our house freely, I, however, perceive that something (rankles) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa, whereupon Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said to her: Suckle him and you would become unlawful for him, and (the rankling) which Abu Hudhaifa feels in his heart will disappear. She returned and said: So I suckled him, and what (was there) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa disappeared. ഈ ഹദീസ് പ്രകാരം മുല കുടിക്കുന്നത് "he becomes ഉൺലൗഫുൾ, മറ്റു ഹദീസുകൾ പ്രകാരം സലിം ഹുദൈഫയുടെ വളർത്തു പുത്രൻ ആയിരുന്നു , ഇസ്ലാമിൽ മുലകുടി സ്ഥാപിക്ക പെട്ടാൽ അവർ തമ്മിൽ മഹ്‌റം റിലേഷന്ഷിപ് ആയി . പുരുഷന്മാർക്ക് ഉള്ളത് ഒരു സ്പെഷ്യൽ കേസ് ആണ് എന്ന് മറ്റു ഹദീസുകൾ , യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ എന്താന്ന് മുലകുടി ബന്ധം ,ഒരേ സ്ത്രീയിൽ ninnu മുലകുടിക്കുന്ന ആണും പെണ്ണും ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന ബന്ധമാണ് മുലകുടി ബന്ധം , അവർ തമ്മിൽ വിവാഹമോ sexo പാടില്ല ,ഹറാം ആണ് ,പണ്ട് മുലകുടി നൽകാൻ മാത്രം സ്ത്രീകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു .അതിനു ഒരു കാലപരിധി ഉണ്ട് രണ്ടു വയസിൽ വരെ ഒരേ സമയത്ത് adult breast feedingi detailed hadith Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that he was asked about the suckling of an older person. If you do not know who their fathers were then they are your brothers in the deen and your mawali,' (Sura 33 ayat 5) people in this position were traced back to their fathers. When the father was not known, they were traced to their mawla. "Sahla bint Suhayl who was the wife of Abu Hudhayfa, and one of the tribe of Amr ibn Luayy, came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said, 'Messenger of Allah! We think of Salim as a son and he comes in to see me while I am uncovered. We only have one room, so what do you think about the situation?' The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Give him five drinks of your milk and he will be mahram by it.' She then saw him as a foster son. A'isha umm al-muminin took that as a precedent for whatever men she wanted to be able to come to see her. She ordered her sister, Umm Kulthum bint Abi Bakr as-Siddiq and the daughters of her brother to give milk to whichever men she wanted to be able to come in to see her. The rest of the wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, refused to let anyone come in to them by such nursing. They said, 'No! By Allah! We think that what the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered Sahla bint Suhayl to do was only an indulgence concerning the nursing of Salim alone. No! By Allah! No one will come in upon us by such nursing!' "This is what the wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, thought about the suckling of an older person." Malik muwatta Book 30, Hadith 1287 അവന്റെ ആരോപണം :ബഹുദൈവാവിശ്വാസികളുടെ കുട്ടികളെ കൊല്ലുന്നതു പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ച ശിശുസ്നേഹി Sahih muslim:1745ബി ഉത്തരം : ഈ ഹദീസ് 1745ബി വരുന്നത് സഹീഹ് മുസ്ലിമിൽ The Book of Jihad and Expeditions (9) Chapter: Permissibility of killing women and children in night raids, so long as it is not done deliberately മനപ്പൂർവം അല്ലാതെ കൊന്നാൽ പ്രശ്നമല്ല എന്ന് പറയുവാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ് , അല്ലാതെ അതിനുള്ള പെര്മിസ്സഷൻ അല്ല , ഹദീസ് The Book of Jihad and Expeditions (9) Chapter: Permissibility of killing women and children in night raids, so long as it is not done deliberately (9) باب جَوَازِ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ فِي الْبَيَاتِ مِنْ غَيْرِ تَعَمُّدٍ ‏‏ It is narrated by Sa'b b. Jaththama that he said (to the Holy Prophet): Messenger of Allah, we kill the children of the polytheists during the night raids. He said: They are from them. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ، اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُصِيبُ فِي الْبَيَاتِ مِنْ ذَرَارِيِّ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَالَ ‏ "‏ هُمْ مِنْهُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ Reference : Sahih Muslim 1745b ഉമ്മ ഖിർഫ സംഭവം :സത്യാ അവസ്ഥ എന്ത് ?അവരെ വലിച്ചു കീറിയോ ================== ആരായിരുന്നു ഉമ്മ ഖിർഫ, അവർ അൽ ഖുർറയിൽ ഉള്ള ബാനു ഫസറായുടെ നേതാവായിരുന്നു, അവർ സമ്പന്നയും അറേബിയയിൽ പ്രബലമായ സ്ത്രീയുമായിരുന്നു. ഇസ്ലാമിക ചരിത്ര പ്രകാരം നബി ഒരു കൂട്ടരേ പ്രബോധിത്തനായി അവരുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലേക്കു സായിദ് ബിൻ ഹാരിസിന്റെ നേത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു കൂട്ടരേ വിടുകയും, ആ ഗോത്രക്കാർ അവരിൽ ചിലരെ കൊല്ലുകയും, ഇതിനു പകരമായി അവർ പടപുറപ്പാട് നടത്തുകയും അവസാനം അവരെ കിഴയടക്കുകയും ചെയുന്നു. ഇവിടെ വിവാദത്തിനു പത്രമായതു സായിദ് ബിൻ ഹാരിസും കൂട്ടരും ഉമ്മ ഫിറാഖ്അയെ പിടികൂടുകയും അവരുടെ രണ്ടു വശങ്ങളിൽ ഒട്ടകങ്ങളെ കെട്ടി വലിപ്പിച്ചു കൊല്ലുകയും ചെയുന്ന രംഗമാണ്. ഈ രംഗം ഇബ്ൻ സാദും ഇബ്ൻ ഇസ്ഹാഖും വിവരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. Zayd also raided Wadi-l-Qurra where he met Banu Fazara and some of his companions were killed; he himself carried wounded from the field. Ward b. Amr b. Madash one of B. Sad b. Hudhayl was killed by one of B. Badr whose name Sa’d b. Hudhaym. When Zayd came he swore that he would use no ablution until he raided B. Fazara; and when he recovered from his wounds the apostle sent him against them with a force. He fought them in Wadi-al-Qura and killed some of them. Qays b. al-Musahhar al-Yamuri killed Mas’ada b. Hakama b. Malik b. Hudhayfa b. Badr and Umm Qirfa Fatima was taken prisoner. She was a very old woman, wife of Malik. Her daughter and Abdulla b. Mas’ada were also taken. Zaid ordered Qays b al-Musahhar to kill Umm Qirfa and he killed her cruelly. Ibn Ishaq, A. Guillaume, ed, Sirat Rasul Allah. Allah’s Messenger sent Zayd to Wadi Qura, where he encountered the Banu Fazarah. Some of his Companions were killed, and Zayd was carried away wounded. Ward was slain by the Banu Badr. When Zayd returned, he vowed that no washing should touch his head until he had raided the Fazarah. After he recovered, Muhammad sent him with an army against the Fazarah settlement. He met them in Qura and inflicted casualties on them and took Umm Qirfah prisoner. He also took one of Umm’s daughters and Abdallah bin Mas’adah prisoner. Zyad bin Harithah ordered Qays to kill Umm, and he killed her cruelly. He tied each of her legs with a rope and tied the ropes to two camels, and they split her in two.(ഇമാം തബാരി ) ഇനി ഇതേ സംഭവം സഹീഹ് മുസ്ലിമിൽ ചില വ്യത്യാസങ്ങളുടെ കാണാം t has been narrated on the authority of Salama (b. al-Akwa') who said: We fought against the Fazara and Abu Bakr was the commander over us. He had been appointed by the Messenger of Allah. When we were only at an hour's distance from the water of the enemy, Abu Bakr ordered us to attack. We made a halt during the last part of the night to rest and then we attacked from all sides and reached their watering-place where a battle was fought. Some of the enemies were killed and some were taken prisoners. I saw a group of persons that consisted of women and children. I was afraid lest they should reach the mountain before me, so I shot an arrow between them and the mountain. When they saw the arrow, they stopped. So I brought them, driving them along. Among them was a woman from Banu Fazara. She was wearing a leather coat. With her was her daughter who was one of the prettiest girls in Arabia. I drove them along until I brought them to Abu Bakr who bestowed that girl upon me as a prize. So we arrived in Medina. I had not yet disrobed her when the Messenger of Allah met me in the street and said: Give me that girl, O Salama. I said: Messenger of Allah, she has fascinated me. I had not yet disrobed her. When on the next day, the Messenger of Allah again met me in the street, he said: O Salama, give me that girl, may God bless your father. I said: She is for you. Messenger of Allah! By Allah, I have not yet disrobed her. The Messenger of Allah sent her to the people of Mecca, and surrendered her as ransom for a number of Muslims who had been kept as prisoners at Mecca. Sahih Muslim 19:4345 രണ്ടിലും തീർത്തും രണ്ടു കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് പറയുന്നത്........................ ഇനി ഈ സംഭവത്തിന്റെ മുസ്ലിം പക്ഷം =============================== ഈ സംഭവത്തിൽ നബി നേരിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തിട്ടില്ല, പര്യടത്തിനായി aalukale പറഞ്ഞു അയയ്ക്കുക ആയിരുന്ന. സീൽ ഓഫ് നെക്ടറിൽ പറയുന്നു (Seal of nectar ) അവർ നബിയെ കൊള്ളാൻ നോക്കി എന്നുളത് കൊണ്ടും, വേറെ രേഖകൾ പറയുന്നു മുസ്ലിങ്ങൾ സമാധാനം ആയി പ്രബോധിതിനു പോകുവെ ഫസറാ ഗോത്രക്കാർ അവരിൽ ചിലരെ ക്രൂരമായി കൊല്ലുകയും, അതിനു ബദലായാണ് സായിദ് ബിൻ ഹാരിസ് ഈ നടപടി എടക്കുന്നത് എന്നാണ്. ഉമ്മ ഫിറാഖ്അയുടെ തലയോട്ടിയുമായി മദീനയുടെ നടന്ന സംഭവം സഹീഹ് അല്ല എന്നതാണ്. പിന്നെ ഈ റിപ്പോർട്ട് രണ്ടു തരത്തിൽ വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്, ഒന്ന് അവരെ ഒട്ടകങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു കൊന്നു എന്നും, മറ്റേതങ്കിൽ ആ സംഭവം വിവരിക്കുന്നില്ല ആരോപണം :*കൊള്ളക്ക് ശേഷം ബനു ഖുറായിള ഗോത്രത്തിലെ ആണുങ്ങളെ ഗുഹ്യരോമം നോക്കി ഒരു ഗോത്രത്തിലെ നൂറുകണക്കിന് ആളുകളെ രാത്രി വെളുക്കും വരെ കഴുത്തു അറുത്തു കൊന്ന കാരുണ്യവാൻ Tabari Volume08, sunan ibn majah 2541 ഉത്തരം : എന്തോന്ന് കൊള്ള അത് തന്നെ നുണ ആണ് . ഖന്ദഖ് യുദ്ധത്തിന് ശേഷം ഉടനെ തന്നെ പ്രവാചകൻ ബാനു ഖുറൈള സമൂഹത്തിനു എതിരെ എന്തിനു തിരിയുന്നു എന്ന് TABARI തന്റെ പുസ്തകത്തിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നുണ്ട് . ബാനു ഖുറൈള യോദ്ധാക്കളെ എന്തിനു കൊന്നു കളഞ്ഞു , അവർ മുസ്ലിങ്ങളെ ഭൂമിയിൽ നിന്ന് വേരോടെ നീക്കി കളയാൻ ഉള്ള ബാനു നദീർ ഗോത്രക്കാരുടെ തന്ത്രത്തിന് അംഗമായി , ശതൃക്കൾ മദീന വളഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നബിയുടെ സഖ്യകക്ഷിയായ ബനൂഖുറൈള അവരെ ശതൃക്കളെ സഹായിച്ചു...പ്രവാചകനുമായുളഅ കരാർ അതായതു സംരക്ഷണ കരാർ അവർ ലംഘിക്കുന്നു , ഇതെലാം തബാരി തന്റെ ചരിത്ര പുസ്തകത്തിൽ പറയുന്നു ഉണ്ട് , ഇതൊന്നും കാണിക്കാത്ത ഉള്ള വിവരണം തെറ്റി ദാഹരണ പരത്തുന്നതാണ് . ആരോപണം :*തനിക്ക് എതിരെ കവിത എഴുതി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഒരു യുവ കവിയത്രിയെയും അവളുടെ മുലകുടി മാറാത്ത കുഞ്ഞിനേയും രാത്രി ഭവനത്തിൽ കയറി ഉറക്കത്തിൽ മാറിൽ വാൾ കുത്തിയിറക്കി കൊന്ന മനുഷ്യസ്നേഹി. Sunan Abi Dawud 4361 ഉത്തരം :ഈ ഹദീസ് പ്രകാരം പ്രവാചകൻ അല്ല കൊന്നത് ,കൊന്ന പുരുഷൻ നബി ശിക്ഷ ഒന്നും വിധിച്ചില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം , നമ്മുക്ക് ഈ ഹദീസ് ഒന്ന് വായിക്കാം Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas: A blind man had a slave-mother who used to abuse the Prophet (ﷺ) and disparage him. He forbade her but she did not stop. He rebuked her but she did not give up her habit. One night she began to slander the Prophet (ﷺ) and abuse him. So he took a dagger, placed it on her belly, pressed it, and killed her. A child who came between her legs was smeared with the blood that was there. When the morning came, the Prophet (ﷺ) was informed about it. He assembled the people and said: I adjure by Allah the man who has done this action and I adjure him by my right to him that he should stand up. Jumping over the necks of the people and trembling the man stood up. He sat before the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah! I am her master; she used to abuse you and disparage you. I forbade her, but she did not stop, and I rebuked her, but she did not abandon her habit. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was my companion. Last night she began to abuse and disparage you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her. Thereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Oh be witness, no retaliation is payable for her blood ഇവിടെ ഈ ഹദീസ് വരാൻ കാരണം നബിയെ വഹേളിച്ചിതിനാലാണ് ,അവർക്കു ശിക്ഷ കൊടുക്കാത്തത് ബാക്കി ഒന്നും തന്നെ അത്ര പ്രാധാന്യം അർഹിക്കാത്ത തു കൊണ്ട് എടക്കുന്നില്ല #🙋‍♀️ എൻ്റെ സ്റ്റാറ്റസുകൾ
