Til-gud ho… ya chana-gud —Iss Sankranti deep fry nahi, AIRFRY! 🪁🔥Made these Airfried Gur Shakarpara & Puffed Chana Chikki Bites in my new @kenstarindia Crysta Digi 5.8 L Air fryer✔️ No deep frying✔️ Less oil✔️ Full festive flavour✔️ Perfect crunchy bites🥨 AIRFRIED GUR SHAKARPARA (Jaggery Shankarpali)Ingredients:• 1 cup maida / atta (or 50–50 mix)• ¼ cup jaggery powder• 2 tbsp milk• 2 tbsp ghee• Pinch of baking sodaMethod:1️⃣ Add maida in a bowl2️⃣ Add ghee, sauf & baking soda.3️⃣ Mix flour and knead into a firm dough. Rest 15 mins.4️⃣ Roll thick, cut into diamond or square shapes.5️⃣ Preheat airfryer at 170°C for 3 mins.6️⃣ Airfry shakarpara at 180 degrees for 10 mins,7️⃣ Cool completely — they crisp up more as they cool.📌 Storage: Airtight container, 7–10 days📌 Texture: Crunchy outside, light inside⸻PUFFED CHANA CHIKKI BITESIngredients:• 1 cup puffed chana (bhuna chana)• ¾ cup jaggery• 1 tsp ghee• 1/2 tsp ginger powder• Pinch of black pepper powderMethod:1.) Airfry puffed chana at 160°C for 3–4 mins to make them extra crisp.2️⃣ Melt jaggery in Airfryer at 170 degrees for 6-7 minutes3️⃣ Add ghee, dry ginger powder & black pepper powder.4️⃣ Quickly mix in puffed chana till coated evenly.5️⃣ Transfer onto greased parchment, or mould press lightly.6️⃣ Let set completely.#KenstarAirFryer #LohriRecipes #StarChefWithKenstar #AirFryerSnacks #NoDeepFry ##LiveTheKenLifestyle
