Dru*nk driver hits traffic constable, drags him on Mercedes bonnet for 1 km in Hyderabad. The constable was dragged for nearly a kilometer before other motorists and police personnel intercepted the car. A breath analyser test showed alc*ohol levels far exceeding the permissible limit. Based on the complaint and CCTV footage, two separate cases have been registered against the 24-year-old accused.
