മതം വിട്ടു പോയവരും നബിയും സഹാബാക്കളും -Part1

ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ വരുന്ന ഹദീസുകൾ ഒന്ന് കാണാം
Narrated 'Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims." (Book #83, Hadith #17)സഹീഹ് ബുഖാരി
ഈ ഹദീസ് പ്രകാരം മൂന്ന് കാരണം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു മുസ്ലിമിന് മറ്റൊരു മുസൽമാന്നെ കോലവും 1) അദ്ദേഹം അന്യായം ആയി കോല ചെയ്താൽ 2) വിവാഹം ചെയ്ത ആൾ വ്യഭിചാരിച്ചാൽ 3) ഒരാൾ മതം വിടുകയും മുസ്ലിങ്ങൾക്ക് എതിരെ തിരിഞ്ഞാൽ
അടുത്ത് നമ്മൾ കാണാൻ പോകുന്നത് ഒരു വലിയ ഹദീസിന്റെ ചെറിയ ഭാഗമാണ് ,അതിൽ പല കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ നിയമം വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് , അതിൽ നിന്ന് മതം വിട്ടു പോയവരുടെ വിധി ഒന്ന് കാണാം , സഹീഹ് ബുഖാരി (Book #83, Hadith #37)
Allah's Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) A person who killed somebody unjustly, was killed (in Qisas,) (2) a married person who committed illegal sexual intercourse and (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle and deserted Islam and became an apostate."
ഈ ഹദീസ് പ്രകാരം ഒരാൾ അല്ലാഹുവിനെയും ,റസൂലിനെയും എതിരെ യുദ്ധം ചെയ്തു മതം വിടുകയും ,മുസ്ലിങ്ങൾക്ക് എതിരെ തിരിയുകയും ചെയ്തു
ഈ ഹദീസിൽ മതം വിട്ടവന്റെ വിഷയത്തിൽ ഒരു കണ്ടിഷൻ കൂടി "അല്ലാഹുവിനും ,നബിക്കും എതിരെ യുദ്ധം ചെയുക എന്നത്
പക്ഷെ ചരിത്രത്തിലോട്ടു നോക്കിയാൽ മതം വിട്ടു പോയവരെ ഉടനെ കൊല്ലാൻ പാടില്ല എന്ന് തന്നെ ഉണ്ട്.
Al-Tabaranl states in al-Kabir (2.0:53-54) and in
Musnad al-Sbamiyin (3576), that the Messenger of God told Muadh
ibn Jabal when he sent him to Yemen, ‘Any man who turns away
from Islam, invite him [to return], and if he repents, accept his repen
tance. If he does not repent, however, behead him. Similarly, if any
woman turns away from Islam, invite her [to return], and if she
returns, accept this from her. And if she refuses, [continued to] urge
her to repent.
മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ ഹദീസ് പ്രകാരം ഒരാൾ മതം വിട്ടു പോയാൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ആദ്യം കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കണം ,അദ്ദേഹേം പശ്ചാതപിച്ചു മടങ്ങുക ആണെങ്കിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് വെറുതെ വിടാം ,ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ വധിക്കാം ..ചരിത്രത്തിൽ നിന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാം മൂന്ന് ദിവസം വരെ പശ്ചാതപിക്കാൻ സമയം കൊടക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്ന് .
Among the things which have been narra
ted concerning ‘All ibn Abl Talib in this connection is what is men
tioned by Ibn Abl Shaybah (9035), who writes, “The apostate is to
be given three opportunities to repent. If he repents, [his repentance
is to be accepted], but if he does not, he is to be killed. ” Al-BayhaqI
(8:207) also narrates this account based on the chain of narrators
that includes Ibn Abl ശൈബ
It is narrated concerning Abd Allah ibn
'Umar that he said, “The apostate is to be given three opportunities
to repent and return to Islam. If he repents, he is to be left alone, and
if he refuses, he is to be killed.” This tradition is related by Ibn Abl
Shaybah (9036) with a chain of narrators that includes al-Bayhaql
(8:207).
ഇനി നമ്മുക്ക് പ്രശസ്തമായ ഉമ്മർ (ർ )യുടെ ഒരു ഇൻസിഡന്റ് കാണാം
Malik relates in al-Muwatta’ (2:2.11)7, that “‘Umar ibn al-
Khattab was approached by a man who had come from Abu Musa
al-AshcarI. ‘Umar asked him about the people and he informed him.
‘Umar said to him, ‘Have there been any new developments?’ ‘Yes, ’
he replied, ‘there is a man who reverted to unbelief after becoming a
Muslim.’ ‘And what did you do to him?’ cUmar asked. ‘We brought
him in,’ he replied, ‘and beheaded him.’ ‘Why did you not imprison
him for three days,’ cUmar asked, ‘giving him a loaf of bread to eat
every day and urging him to repent in the hope that he might return
to God?!’ Then ‘Umar added, ‘O God, I was not present, I gave no
instructions [in this matter], and I did not express my approval when
news [of it] reached me!”’
ഈ ഹദീസിൽ ഉമർ പറയുന്നത് കാണാം നിങ്ങൾ എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് മൂന്ന് ദിവസം സമയം കൊടുത്തില്ല എന്ന്
മതം വിട്ടവരെ വെറുതെ വിട്ട ചരിത്ര സംഭവങ്ങൾ

അബ്ദുല്ലാഹ് ഇബ്ൻ ഉബ്ബയ് എല്ലാവരാലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന കപട വിശ്വാസി ആയിരുന്നു, AYSHA ബീവിക്ക് എതിരെ ഉള്ള അപവാദം അത് പോലെ നബിക്കു ദ്രോഹം വരുന്നത് ചെയുന്ന ആളായിട്ടു പോലും, അദ്ദേഹം മരിച്ചപ്പോൾ, ABDULLഹ ഇബ്ൻ UBAYYUDE മകൻ വന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നബി അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് മേൽ മയ്യിത്ത് നമസ്കരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഒന്ന് നോവിച്ചതു പോലും ചരിത്രം ഇല്ല.
2. അയ്ഷയിൽ നിന്ന് നിവേദനം ചെയ്ത റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം നബിയുടെ ഇസ്ര മിഅറാജ് സംഭവം വിവരണത്തിന് ശേഷം CHILA കൂട്ടർ മതം വിട്ടു പോയി... നബിയോ സഹാബാക്കളോ അതിനാൽ അവരെ മര്ദിക്കുകയോ ഒന്നും ചെയ്തില്ല, ഇമാം AHMED തന്റെ മുസ്നദിൽ ഇത് വിവരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്
3. ഉബൈദ് അല്ല് ഇബ്ൻ ജാഷ് അബിസീനിയേൽ നബിയുടെ കല്പന പ്രകാരം HIJRA പോവുകയും, AVAIDE വെച്ച് ക്രിസ്തു മതം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു... അദ്ദേഹത്തെയും ആരും ഒന്നും ചെയ്തില്ല, സ്വാഭിവക മരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു
4) സഹീഹ് ബുഖാരിയിൽ അനസ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയുന്നത് പ്രകാരം ഒരു ക്രിസ്തിയ സഹോദരൻ മുസ്ലിം ആവുകയും നബിക്കു വേണ്ടി ഖുർആൻ എഴുതുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു, അദ്ദേഹം പിനീട് വീണ്ടും ക്രിസ്തിയാനിവുകയും നബിക്കു ഞാൻ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത് ALLATHE ഒന്നും തന്നെ നബിക്കു അറിയില്ല എന്ന വാദം ഉന്നയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു, അദ്ദേഹം കാഫിറുകളുടെ കൂടെ കൂടി,സ്വാഭികമായി മരണപെട്ടു
5) ABD അല്ല് ഇബ്ൻ സാദ് ENNA ആൾ ഇത് പോലെ ഖുർആൻ എഴുതുകയും, പിനീട് മുശ്രിക്ക് ആവുകയും ചെയ്തു, നബി അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കൊല്ലാൻ ഉത്തരവിടുകയും, ഉസ്മാൻ (റ) ആവസ്യപെട്ടതു പ്രകാരം അദ്ദേഹത്തെ വെറുതെ വിടുകയും ചെയ്തു, നബി അദ്ദേഹത്തിന സംരക്ഷണം കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും ..സഹാബാക്കൾ മതംവിട്ടു പോയി മുസ്ലിങ്ങൾക്ക് എതിരെ തിരയുന്നവർക്കു പശ്ചാത്തഇപിക്കാനും തിരിച്ചു വരാനും മൂന്നു ദിവസം കൊടുക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു

ചരിത്രത്തിൽ ഉടനീളം നോക്കിയാൽ നബി ഒരാളെ അദ്ദേഹം മതവിട്ടതിന്റെ പേരിൽ മാത്രം കൊന്നിട്ടില്ല , അദ്ദേഹം വേറെ എന്തെങ്കിലും ക്രൈം ചെയ്തതിട്ടുണ്ടാകും , അത് അടുത്ത പാർട്ടിൽ
