Islam insaan ki sehat aur quwwat ka poora khayal rakhta hai. Raat ka khana chhodh dena jismani kamzori ka sabab ban sakta hai, is liye Nabi ne is se mana farmaya. Yahan tak ke agar zyada khana muyassar na ho, to thoda sa jaise khajoor hi sahi, magar khana zaroor chahiye. Is taleem se maloom hota hai ke Islam me aitidaal aur tawazun bahut aham hai. Bhooke rehna na ibadat ka hissa hai aur na hi sehatmand rawayya. Raat ka khana jismani taqat ko barqarar rakhta hai aur rozmarra zindagi ke liye madadgar hota hai. Ye bhi samajh aata hai ke Deen sirf roohani nahi balki jismani zarooriyat ki bhi rehnumai karta hai. Nabi ki ye naseehat rehmat aur hikmat par mabni hai. Is par amal karke insaan apni sehat aur taqat dono ko mehfooz rakh sakta hai. #بیشک سہی بات
