Surrounded by green fields and tall grass, small stone shrines stand at its entrance, built for the Nagadevata — believed to bless families who offer it rest here. Inside, sacred Naga stones and several deities remain, though the Shiva Linga and Nandi have been moved from their original place. Greed led treasure hunters to scar this holy ground, even dismantling the gopuram, wounding the temple’s crown.
