🐦 Aaranyak, under its WeForNature programme, in collaboration with Majulir Xahitya will organise a birdwatching event at Choraichung, Majuli on November 30 from 6:30 AM onwards. The event is being supported by the Majuli Forest Division, Assam Forest Department, Majuli District Administration, Majuli Police Administration and Majuli Nature Watch. Recognising Majuli’s importance as a thriving habitat for diverse bird species, the initiative aims to inspire young people to connect with nature, observe local birdlife and develop a deeper interest in bird conservation. Participation has been kept free and open to all and we expect around 25–30 enthusiastic participants to join the programme.
