Cuttack district administration has invoked the National Security Act (NSA) against notorious criminal brothers, Jyoti Prakash Praharaj (JP) and Jyoti Samrat Praharaj (Bapi). Based on their extensive criminal record over the last decade and their involvement in multiple serious offenses, the Cuttack Collector, following the SP's recommendation, ordered their detention to maintain public order. They are currently in Choudwar Jail.
