A police constable was arrested by the Cantonment Police in Cuttack for allegedly misbehaving and attempting to rape a female sanitation worker. The incident occurred near the office of the Reserve Inspector of Cuttack Rural Police while the woman was working. When she resisted, the accused reportedly assaulted her.
